We have sold more than 1000 cabins and saunas all over the world, including most countries in Europe, the United States, Japan, and Australia. Igluproducts are designed to perfectly fit on the standard truck or in the container, which makes transportation costs reasonable and provides the opportunity to ship worldwide

Do I need planning permissions?

We advise consulting your City Council as requirements may differ depending on the country or various regions. We offer a full set of documentation which will make the process simple, including 3D models of our products.

Are the products assembled on site or arrive already built?

Accepted Answer

Iglucraft cabins and saunas are delivered fully assembled. Each structure is handcrafted shingle by shingle and integrates all fixtures and furniture. Customers are expected to manage the electric and sewage connections and the foundation that can be a levelled ground (brick blocks, pillar, concrete, etc) Please find comprehensive information about foundation options, transportation and installation here.

How are the products delivered?

Our products are delivered fully assembled, directly to your location, on a truck or trailer. This means that upon delivery, there's no need for additional assembly or construction on your part. The customer needs to organise the installation of the product - unloading the product from a truck and installing it on top of a previously prepared foundation.

What is included in the price?

Accepted Answer

All Iglucraft models arrive fully assembled, complete with integrated fixtures and furniture such as the bed, kitchen, entire bathroom setup, lighting, ventilation, boiler, sauna stove, sauna benches, and more. However, you can explore all standard and extra furnishings and technical equipment in our product sheets, which are available for each product on our website. Different models require different connections, but a maximum of three connections is required in case of larger cabins (water, sweage, electricity).

The durability of the Igluhut is ensured for a minimum of 50 years, owing to its three-layer finish of spruce shingles, a proven method that has safeguarded against all weather conditions since the 19th century.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We offer 5-year warranty on construction works and 2-year warranty on all components (as the equipment has manufacturer's warranty).

Is it possible to live in an Igluhut?

We recommend against using igluhuts for permanent living, However, they are perfect for short vacations or as a summer/winter houses for families and guests.

Shingles make a strong layer that doesn't need any special mainenance to keep the construction strong. We recommend painting them whenever necessary to maintain a fresh appearance, as their color may lighten over time due to varying weather conditions.
